Start yourself on only eating poultry/fish first. Great way to dwindle down to your goal. Thoughts?? Lol
I know kind of short and sweet

How art thou?

Was kinda thinking of putting this in the food aisle. The health section?

Oh crap, to be a Libra and have to decide

If only I had a daisy (home and hearth might be good)

Okay, food!

That's how Linda said to do things, one step at a time so it doesn't shock your body. Me now, if I decide to do a thing, it's done. I don't often go halfway measures.

And let me tell you I like my Italian sausage and I like it a lot!

I've gone back and forth through the years. It has really helped with my blood pressure, because of the veggie years, I can get away with a lot now.

Why are you thinking of doing it?

Eliminating red meat first can be a great transition.

In my experience, I lose weight when I am in the relationship that satisfies me. When I don't get what I need from it then it becomes a problem.

I see the same thing with many people. The man who satisfies his wife will be rewarded. I notice these things.

You know I do recommend that garcinia. It saved my life, I do believe. Anytime I start feeling it, I will just take one.

It does the trick.

Good idea.

Also, you may want to try eating healthier red meats in smaller portions, less often, maybe once a week then once or twice a month. That is, organic, grass fed, humanely slaughtered beef, or wild game. Sooner or later the infrequency will become a new habit and then easier to quit all together.

One problem.

Like me, some people who want to be vegetarian, cannot because our bodies only know how to absorb heme iron (from meat) and don't absorb sufficient amounts from non-heme sources.

I've known this since teen years when I first tried to become vegetarian. I had always thought a solution would have appeared by now but it has not.

it does depend on your blood type though... some feel great on a meatless diet and some really need meat to function... look into that first DD

Iron and B12 are both issues for vegans.
