The trick with the pesto is to use white miso paste as a substitute for Parmesan cheese. Whole crimini mushrooms marinated in olive oil & soy sauce.
(About a 3:1 ratio of walnuts to pine nuts, and not much oil in the pesto.)IP: Logged |

I’ve tried at least 3 different recipes, and still can’t make a decent seaweed salad - hijiki, wakame, arame, I don’t even know what kind to use, but it never looks like the stuff you see in sushi restaurants.IP: Logged |
