https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdaoHpwSbkc&t=120s

just tried the first one here with some alterations

i used only one potato
sliced it very thin
used oat milk instead of cream
tried baking it on 340 but it was taking FOREVER (like an hour) so i turned it up to 420 and it went a little faster (10ish min)
i diced up some mozza and distributed evenly over the dish
cooked for another 5ish min
it looked pretty greasy
but it tasted good

I wanted to mix some flour into the milk to not make it runny but turns out I have none

i think next time i'll cook it on the stove, this took way too long

i messed up its shape as i was pouring it onto my plate
