With the new X-Men movie out, I got to thinking how cool it would be to have a mutation/power. What would be yours? And what is your real-life super powe? My real super power is I never get chapped lips. I'm immune. Can't solve crimes with that, huh?  As for my mutation, I would have to give that some thought. IP: Logged |

I would have people stay young and healthy until they died.
When they died, they would be taken up without being sick or hurt.
They would just go  ------------------

My mutant super-power would be controlling the weather (bit like Storm in x-men, there, ain't it?)... blow away smog, clear stormy skies and always perfect bbq weather! My real-life power is being able to cut through BS and spot a fibber a continent away. My son gets away with nothing, lol!!IP: Logged |

The mutant powers I want would be pausing time. That way I could waste time with out really wasting it! hahaAnd my real life power is having an ear for music. Someone can play a note and I can know what note it is with out looking. IP: Logged |

The interesting thing with teleportation in the X-Universe is there is a plane of existance the those mutants that can teleport "shift" into while travelling to their destination. This is a whole other world. Some days I feel like slipping out of this reality into a vast quiet space just to get out of the insanity of it all for a calm moment, then appear where I am to go or am needed feeling refreshed. Ahhh if only driving could be like THAT!! LOL P.S. X-Men First Class was great! Stories were a bit jumbled, but all in all it was very fun to watch! IP: Logged |

Indefatigable sarcasm and ability to ignore the obvious. Super paranoia research inducing abilities, and I'm immune to poison ivy.Ahh irl, I'm clairvoyantish and sensitive to emf radiation  I always liked Jean Grey and Rogue when I was a kid. For an actual x-power, teleportation would be fun. I don't think there were any healing x-men, but to be a healer would be my first choice.. particularly healing the mind and emotions. IP: Logged |
