im so excited, tonight im going to see Brit Floyd live in concert!! they are a popular Pink Floyd tribute band (from England thats why they are called British PInk Floyd)

i love Pink they take you to places in their songs where u've never gone before, i get such a rush from some of their traks like "wish you where here" "comortably numb" and "hey you"

ahhhhh cant wait they have awesome light shows with every song im sure it'll be a blast!!

any fans here? i will try to posts videos and/or pictures, better start charging my i-pod.

I like Pink Floyd, got into them a few years ago. My dad liked them too. He has the dark side of the moon record somewhere.

And I bought my dad a Pink Floyd bumber sticker for fathers day in the summer. lol

I like the song "have a cigar" and us and them I believe it's called.

i will post vids if someone is interested (the light show and animation were pretty cool)

the best part was this guy standing in front of me, long hair flannel shirt ratted jeans, he seemed a tad high but he was swayin to the music throughout the concert, he was enjoying it to the max. he kept putting his hands on his head like he's amazed at how good they were.. i think he climaxed a couple times to the music lol

his hands are in all my videos

i think i cried when they sang comfortably numb...

I saw Roger Waters preform live many years ago. Amazing show.

Floyd Fan here too, but sometimes can only take so much of it. Some of it brings me down.

a best friend of mine in high school who died on my birthday many years later after high school ( i wasnt with him, he disappeared and i hadnt seen him or heard from him in quite awhile) of a heroin overdose was a huge Pink Floyd / Syd Barrett fan, so for a long time I couldnt listen to any of it at all w/o getting really upset.

I can listen to most of it now, mainly more upbeat ones w/o getting emotional.

Time heals all wounds.

T i get how hard it would be to listen to them after that, especialy since most of their music was influenced by Syd's mental illness and his seperation from his team mates..

Shine on you crazy diamond is my favorite track of theirs

one that is not deprssing is Echoes, the full version. it's insanly good!!
