what brand of tea has those?

I use tea bags, but have never seen any like that!

I really like this one brand that Barnes and Noble sells. Their tea bags are made out of this material that I really like, and the tea smells SO amazing! I have some Earl Grey in that brand and I just love opening the tin because the aroma is just so wonderful.
