Topic: Is anyone else REALLY bored with music?

I don't know of anything new being produced at the rate that i'm consuming.I've listened to just about EVERYTHING!! pop, rock, jazz, classical, opera, experimental, trance, house, goa, electronic, salsa, dance, showtunes, musicals, country, indie, industrial, dubstep, punjabi, traditional chinese, j pop, k pop, russian folk, blues, rockabilly, euro trance, italian disco... Seriously! I can go on for ages and now, i'm scanning airwaves and everything sounds the same. With so much online diversity, how do you find innovation? There's one guy i found online who is a musician and plays the piano like a pro. He got so bored with music and what we consider music that he invented his own instrument. I found another band that made an instrument out of steel but they're so underground that finding one single TRACK would be unheard of.. I haven't been impressed by much lately and i'm so BORED!!!!! I wish I still knew how to download music for free. Don't know what kind of music you guys are interested in but if you like a little bit of metal I have a suggestion: An album called "Age of Winters" by The Sword.They're fairly new as a band and I give the whole album a 9.5 out of 10! ------------------

HiC1ND3R, I see you didn't mention rap/hip hop.. It all depends on what you're listening for in a song~~ya know what I mean?
I was getting real bored a few years ago..for a looong time..I just knew there was a genre out there ready waiting to blow my hair back.But when I searched for a couple of years on/off I didn't find. I caught me quite "quite" unawares when reading about new age religions. Long story short..underground spiritual hip hop is all I listen to these days. aquaguy91, music that's geared for radio and part of the goliath music industry is getting worse of course cause they gear to the average mentality of the masses, around 100 IQ. Thus it is shallow, soulless, ego gratified garbage. Stawr, it's easy. Just google music of choice + "filestube" follow instructions from there. Need help?
