Exercise: Hot yoga! Dance/aerobics are suitable too
Diet: Survive on lots of fresh vegetables and fruit (and liquids)

I'd be supah happy! In fact, maybe I'll start the produce thing and look around for the yoga thing...I could convince my mom to get in on it too; anything generally healthy, she'll look into! Ever hear of zumba?? Maybe I'll pitch that to her!
