last time i suggested a mod it went into a full blown quarrel (for the lack of a better term)btw, I’m beginning to feel that call out threads are not really a good idea.

Got it.  Yeah, it is a labor of love because it sure is not always easy and there are always going to be people who resent moderators.
One has to want to help.
