After living in a rural environment, and a urban one, and being an observer of life, why there can be such hostility between the two ways of life.

At least in the US that is to say.

Soft Skills, the sort interpersonal Emotional Quotient that leads to teamwork and collaboration. Does not come about in the same manner in the Urban Environment as compared to the Rural Environment.

In the Urban Environment there is a sort of soft skillset that is required to just live life. In the Rural Environment there are soft skills as well, but based on a totally different set of factors.

Interesting stuff to me at least, hopefully to others as well. For myself it explains why there is not a lot of urban/rural natural partnerships among people.

I find rural people can easily adjust to an urban life while like 90% of urban people find rural life difficult...I dunno if that's worth anything, but my observation any who!

B/c many times rural people tend to just leave people alone, not knowing how the game works is a blessing for them.

When urban meets rural, the systems are similar with key differences. Rural life is slower and more skills based, urban life is faster and has more nuance (ie soft skills required).

I was raised in the country and prefer the country lifestyle. People from the cities have sticks up their bums.
