Unfortunately the other thread is glitching and posts are disappearing.

I think I caught all the posts before they vanished but can't be sure. I saved what I posted this morning and will repost soon.

Cheers

Wow. GLITCHES--------------

June 7, 4:52pm ("Jesus Laughing Dream") is gone.

song-post June 7, 6:05pm is (added below).

The "Neighborhood News" post on June 7, 7:09pm was a major one -- but gone too!

Did you see my "NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS" post before the poof?

Should I re-type my posts here?...
If I do, the material could seem unconnected..., but I could always leave a note about the glitch?

Hi Faith. Hope you had a good weekend.
The poof gremlins better stay out of this thread; it's annoying posting the same thing over and over.

For some reason I thought you were a Fishy probably because you have a gentleness in your energy which surfaces at times. Cap women are quite lovely. What are their degrees? (Sun and moon).
English is my second language but I'm trying to make it my first. I speak Afrikaans. It's known as the daughter of Dutch because of it's Dutch origins. Although it sounds similar to Dutch the spelling and pronunciation of certain words differ. I can speak some Xhosa and Zulu too (if you lived in a country with eleven official languages then it's good to be able to learn as many as you can). I am fluent in Hindi too but very rarely speak it. The reason: my attempt to break all ties related to my dad.. It may sound silly but very important to me..

Sometimes, I too, admire those who are committed to their faith/ religion but for some of us, we need to explore, find out own path and truth at our own pace.
It isn't an easy journey but gives us so much more insights to all other beliefs, don't you think?

Faith, severing all ties with my dad was the healthiest option. The situation escalated to a point where someone was going to get seriously hurt or even killed (no exaggeration). He was violent and emotionally abusive. He never showed my brother and I any sort of affection; no hugs, no kisses, never asked how our day was etc. although he did display affection towards my younger sister.
He just wasn't a dad to me in any sense of the word.

We were blessed to have a wonderful grandfather who was the best father figure anyone could want. Although devastated after his passing, there was no longing for one.

Surely you had good reasons too for cutting your sister out of your life.
Boundaries are good even they seem harsh.

Will reply to the in a bit. *multi- tasking!*

Hey! Your English is good! Reading is a great way improve one's vocabulary, even hearing other speak it. It helps to have a dictionary to help you or Google a word. :P
Some people speak it so well, it sounds like a different language lol!

Yeppers, in the States. I tend to mention SA often because I miss it.

Thanks for kind words. Wasn't aware so much of the water influence reflected in posts.

Charmaine, I didn't know you are a Gemini Moon. Yours sextiles my Ceres/Chiron/Sun, and widely, my Mercury.

Your Venus is conjunct my sister's un, and square my Jupiter and Pluto, opposed my Saturn. I remember saying you reminded me a bit of my sister.

I'm sad your father is that way. I hate when children have to suffer with parents like that, and of course your choice is the best one.

Sometimes I think that if my mother had lived longer we might have had a falling out, because she was so bossy. (Otherwise, very nice person...but SO bossy.)

Anyway, how beautiful that you had a loving grandfather. I'm happy for you, for that! Old men are some of my favorite people but the ones I knew best have died.

My grandfathers were both dead by the time I turned two~ I once had a magnificent dream where my paternal grandfather, an ice cold Libra according to many accounts, taught me how to oil paint. It was like heaven. I told my oldest brother the dream and he said that never would have happened in a million years.

But I, on the sly, choose to believe it anyway.

Nice talking with you!

And mirage, hope all is well with you!

Haha! They can't be sure that your grandad wouldn't have. Why a "stone cold" Libra?
Was he aloof?

Leo rising, hey.. wow, no, I didn't pick that up Forgive me?
The thing is, I picked up on your empathy from certain threads I have read in which you responded. Maybe that's also the reason I assumed you were a Pisces.

You have quite an interesting combination.

As for the belief in astrology - this quote will sum it up nicely.
“Astrology is assured of recognition from psychology, without further restrictions, because astrology represents the summation of all the psychological knowledge of antiquity.”

An orb of 0-10 works for me. Your Venus and Neptune conjunct my Sun and another planet as well as my MC.
All in my 9H which includes another two planets.

Ack, which two planets? I'm in suspense!

All your Sag planets are probably in my fifth house so no wonder I feel like it's party time when you arrive on a thread.

Hi Faith... Thanks!

Actually, I'm finding the critter-cleaning situation to be a deep mixed blessing! Getting back to the good organization and simplicity I'd had long ago. Will bring me more peace.

And it's good for my roommate too. It may have given him the shaking his life really needed. I'm watching him start to blossom-- to come out of his shell with coworkers who are giving him good moral support and advice. Yay! I am so relieved...

Watching astrology in action in our lives... The past year of eclipses, yods, (and the Venus-occultation last year), triggered important points in our charts.

The future October & November eclipses this year are also very strong for me. Will be fascinating!

Still have tons of work to do over this next week.... My visits to LL may have to be very brief for a while.
