Haha! Capricorn is about efficiency and if the economy is malfunctional, Capricorn will break it down and rework it, ground up!

Also don't forget Uranus is in Aries! Abolishing everything so recklessly is more from that as it seems to me. The world is indeed spinning madder than before, and Uranus in Aries may very well lead the people to divide and fight. Uranus was square Pluto a while ago too.
