lmfaaaaao did you have a mullet? There was this random underclassmen with a legit 80's mullet and I would find my friends and tell them about this mullet girl. No one would believe me whenever I would tell them about Mullet girl and her strange antics.. One day she came out of no where when we were skipping class and everyone started laughing, from then on she was known as mullet girl by the whole school... twas a fine mullet to behold.

Nice nicknames or bullying unkind or teasing names ? I had both. Nice ones were cool but teasing/bullying ones were depressing. IP: Logged |

Ah, I meant friendly/affectionate nick names. Or names where it's like, there's this one kid everyone knows as "Tront" because his name is Trevor Ontario, even people who don't really know him.IP: Logged |

Nicknames I had in school were cruel, but when I was a runaway I got dubbed "Thrash" for being good with a skateboard (and skateboarders back then were called "thrashers," not to be confused with "thrash metal"), which was very unusual for a girl back in Texas of the 90s. And when I turned 18 people started calling me Evil Pippi for awhile (as not only was I a Pippi Longstocking fan but because of a Halloween costume based on Pippi but creative enough I had to explain who I was, longer story than I care to share at the moment), but that was only for a few months (then I moved) and I also didn't go to a public school anymore. My high-school girl friends used to call me a name that was basically my first name combined with the French word for "ginger".IP: Logged |

closest of my friends were dub'd "the fruit group" each had a fruit-y nickIt actually started because of the SNL "Mango" skits. My one Sag Sun bestie and me were always doing our own improv to match the actual skit/characters She was "Mango" but, somehow I became... Kiwi Oo; A short while later there was a charity walk/marathon where you could group up and a local business or whatnot would contribute to the charity for your participation/place in the walk. We needed a name. Since we already had three fruit (our Scorpy bestie had always been called "Cherry/Apples" by our classmates), we went with "Fruit Group" and each of us took a different fruit, the original 5. Mango Kiwi (Cherry/Apples) -> (Chiquita) Banana Coco(nut) (aka : Evil Lime) Tangy(erine) By the end of high school there were 13 of us total. In all of the group activities that we could do together - we were all known as fruit (group). We still use those nicknames today. ^^; some of our other nicknames for each other wouldn't be PC for the board. Most of mine... um... bad behavior. I was/am always called Thumbelina, Littlefoot, Tails, and Shorty too. > but I had those prior to high school < Worst non-malicious nickname I was ever given... toss up between motor/metal mouth. :X had awful silver crowns from 1st to 4th grade (some lasted into 6th but thankfully you couldn't see 'em) *easytounderstandhowIbecamesounphotogenic* motor....... I talk too fast. vrrrrrrrrooom >.<
