I'm attracted to looks at first, but if the personality doesn't appeal to me, they instantly become less attractive (even completely unattractive sometimes, if their personality is really crappy). And vice versa - I can find someone average and when they start talking to me in a way I find interesting, my perception of them shifts and they become more charming & attractive to me.
