Do any of you have any displays in your home?

Btw I'm not sure where to put this.

I have gem trees

Am thinking of getting slabs and geodes. Any ideas?

Funny you say this cuz I was just thinking of gemstones and their power.
What are your faves?

I love the pinks like pink tourmaline.

Pink tourmaline was said to be used by the cruel Emoress Tsu Tsi. She loved it. I have a pink tour bracelet as well.

If I could, I'd get some gemstone bookends, an amethyst bathtub (LOL), an amey cave and maybe some agate or large quartz displays. I think gemstones are always a blessing, esp great specimens. What do you think?

I love larimar but its meant to be kept
Prehnite I'm partial to as well
There's blue celestite I am thinking of getting.

Rose quartz of course.

I have local places, a bookshop and a beadshop. I swear, you can feel it across the room, even on an internet picture! You know, like a Buddha picture...

And what is that Starstone that fell in Bohemia? Moldavite! That's a cool one as well...

I wonder if we could discuss gemstones in Gaai's garden. What do you think Randall? They are from the earth

I wonder if you can get a beginners set of stones just to feel which ones you like? Ever hear of that?

yeah my sister has been unsatisfied with her job for a while. I kind of got her into gem stones. And she bought the tree. Her husband thinks she is nuts. HAHA. She has it on SW part of her home. But the SE side of home is where they keep the tv and video games.

Man I was getting confused! I know why now. Here is my source:
"According to Black Hat Fung Shui, the far left corner of the house (from the front door) is the abundance area of the home. Gold and Red are perfect there." http://www.healingcrystals.com/Citrine_And_Selenite_For_Good_Luck_And_Protection_In_My_House_Articles_7562.html

Her far left side is W. And where I live it's E.

But things should get better for my sister because her Neptune square Saturn transit ended today, and even days before it sounds like things are getting better.

I've have a tiny Amethyst rock I bought on a trip years ago. I've used it for many different things!

A lot of times when I read my Chinese horoscope it will recommend use amethyst in Feng Shui. One year it said to keep a piece of Amethyst under bed for faithful partner. When I moved in with him I would sneak it under the bed when he wasn't around. Weird thing was, he would notice it under the bed and put it back by my jewelry box. And there is absolutely no way he knew what I was up to! Weird huh?

Another year it was recommended that I keep an amethyst where I keep my financial stuff. I did. But then I was having a lot of issues from my old job around tax time. My tiny amethyst needed back up. So I added my two amethyst bracelets there with it. And then my situation started to get solved.

Also it's a great one to keep in the car if you get anxiety from driving or whatever.

I read somewhere to get amethyst near front door. Something to do with bringing right people into home I think. I should really cleanse and charge it again. That rock has been through a lot with me. haha

oooooo!ahhh! wow some of those are SO TALL!!

When I first started using gemstones I did not know about cleansing and charging.

A year ago was when I started to get into cleansing and charging. I read about letting amethyst sit in the moonlight. So I use to just keep them on my window ledge. I think that only charges it though. So now I smudge it with sage, and let it sit in the window to get moonlight to charge it.

That's cool, Stawr.

Yeah window ledge is where I hang my sunstone. I cleanse the rest by saltwater.

It's cool you got sage though. I havent bought those before

Just got me some celestite, those are my fave.!

If you have a grocery store around you like Wholefoods, you should be able to find some sage

I bought my sister a rose quatz necklace cause she wants to have kids soon.

I read that Opals are good for fertility too. And my sister is a Libra. I thought about that. My Grandma is a Libra. And she had Opal earrings and necklace. She had four boys. (my dad the youngest when she was 32!)
And though she is grandma, her kid's kids are having kids!
She has 11 grand kids. My cousins are going at it like rabbits. I lost counts how many great grandkids she has now.

Makes me wonder if fertility gems works that way when you are a certain age.

Mm Larimar, always a showpiece. How interesting this gemstone shows visions of the sea and water ripples. Beautiful creation.
