How long it lasts depends on how long the person keeps up with doing the spells I guess. but I'm not sure if spells etc, are that easy to control. Like " oh I want this and that to happen to my man for a year" and it playing out exactly for a year. It may continue on and on.. I'm not sure,. Until the victim finds out and does something to end end it/reverse it. In my culture, reversal/breaking spells involves prayers to certain deities, chants, blessed/spelled candles, spelled baths with herbs/flowers. A serious routine you must follow to the T. I personally don't do this because I don't want to lol. Howeverrrr , there are times when I get inspired by voodoo baths. Like buying lots lot pretty flowers and nice aromatic herbs, candles, honey, and filling up my bathtub with these ingredients in them lol. I sit in it for as long as i want. While i imagine the bath is getting rid of any negative energy in me or around me. Listening to soft romantic music ^_^ .. No chants, or spells etc. Ever since I started doing this in dec, I noticed I haven't had anything bothering me again though.... Yet.. Whether or not that's due to my Venusian baths, i have no idea hahah.IP: Logged |

The only solutions I know involve tedious work (some of what ive already mentioned) And easily gets costly.Have you heard of creative visualization? If not, look into that. That is the free solution and IMO, effective and better than slapping yourself with weird herbs, drinking snake blood and chanting/praying to pray to some deity who's probably a wolf disguised as a sheep anyway

Have you ever messed around with a ouija board? I made the mistake of stupidly messing around with one. And I think that might be the reason why my shadow and other experienced started to happen.In high school a friend of mine brought her ouija board to class. We had a substitute teacher when she walked in the it. She wanted me and 2 other boys to go with her to the back of the classroom to play with her -_-. At that time I hadn't heard of this ouija thing. Let alone how dangerous this thing supposedly is. Anyway, we didn't get to play with it for more than a minute anyway. because the school principal walked in (normal routine at the time) , she quickly hid the thing and we never got to play again. I'm extremely curious about the ouija board though. I really really want to use one again. But I'm positive that's a BAD idea .I shall stick to reading other people's experiences with them instead. Which is still very scary, enough to actually give me nightmares  IP: Logged |

Maybe your friend had already played with it before and they followed her. Did you ask any questions? not much can done in less than a minute. I have not messed around with ouija board so far. Don’t use it, your experiences are already pretty scary . I saw my first shadow person when I was around 5, she was carrying a broom or something like that. Where do you read them? Yea ive visited that website.. i just look around on google "scary ouija board expereince" .. yahoo answers, w.e website that's looks like a forum, catches my attention right away. i dont really pay attention to the name of the website. although to there was one AWESOME website I visited 2 years ago while I still had my sidekick phone. I wish I could travel back in time to find that website. I remember saving it my notes  . That website was amazing omg...soo many people sharing their experiences... i had serious nightmares reading them. To the point I had to take long breaks from visiting that website lol.
