On top of several other very bad ills/syndromes/diseases/and other degenerative conditions;
I have serious Demyelinating problems. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demyelinating_disease
The signs and symptom list does not list/cover all my ills.
Things do not look very promising for me.
Living under several swords of Damocles/various time bombs, is no fun.
So thank you very much for the well wishes but I have to face it that I am on a downhill run and must try to get as much joy as possible out of the time I have left.

but no, I am not doing well. They are trying to slow the downhill run of several health issues.
