Hey girl, I've been thinking about you lately (which probably sounds a little bit weird or creepy lol) but just wondering how you've been doing?

There are some *cough* strong personalities here on LL- myself included I suppose.. And I've been trying to stay as diplomatic as possible with everything but honestly, I could say a lot (am trying very hard not to) and I really respect your rationality and fierceness in spite of frustrating circumstances lol-sorry it's taken me too long to make this thread though. I'm glad you're still around on here, hope to talk to you soon

I'm doing a little better, just been going crazy with finals and work. Looking forward to seeing my family over the holidays as well. How are you doing?

@Bella, that's good, I'm sure finals are stressful though.. You're in grad school right? Do you teach as well?? I just remember thinking I have no idea how our TA's managed dealing with our classes on top of their own assignments..

Anyway I'm doing ok.. everything seems pretty boring and stagnant at the moment but I'm hanging in there lol, trying to save up enough money to travel for a few months, but I'm not sure how that will turn out..

Yeah, so I get paid to teach for 20 hours (doesn't take me 20 hours to prep, teach, and grade because I am efficient at the class now), do research for my supervisor, and take classes. It is kind of a head spin at times!

So where do you want to travel? That sounds like an amazing idea- if you have the money go for it.

What sign is your moon in- obviously it is fire sign but you give off some Sag energy to me.

What department/program are you in? I understand if you don't feel like going into details, but I'd love to hear more about it if you're willing to share At one point I seriously considered going into academia... Life events said otherwise though lol

Ideally I'd like to teach English in Thailand.. I've been talking about doing that for years actually and it just so happens one of the girls I live with now wants to go there too, so hopefully something will work itself out...

And yes good guess, I'm a Sag moon

Anyway just wanted to say if you ever want someone to talk or vent to, feel free to talk to me.. You're such a sweetheart and I didn't like seeing you pushed out of the loop because you were bold enough to speak your mind..
