Still around but been plagued with terrible struggles and poverty and myself and spouse both being disabled.

Enlarging the screen does not help much because parts of my vision are blank/no visual input but minimal, so parts of my visual field are gone and that means reading is very hard to do.
Typing is difficult too due to visual and neurological issues; ie; Demylination Disease. on top of at least a dozen or so other nasty agonizing issues that have worsened. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demyelinating_disease

Sorry for not posting much of late.
Had a very bad fall a few weeks ago and messed up things pretty bad. 
I am so tired of doctors and hospitals to say the least.
And the lack of pain relief is beyond maddening! I cannot take anything by prescription they have tried on me because I have dangerous reactions to all and most, including Morphene do not work.
