The Venus touching Jupiter, does that include a semi-sextile? It's degree is 0.29 minutes. My Jupiter only has good aspects, sextile the Sun, trine Uranus, conjunct Mars, semi-sextile venus and Jupiter also trines my ascendant! It is also in the 9th house in cancer I LOVE my Jupiter! What do you think of Saturn sextile the asendant? Do you think it would still be good even though it's Saturn?

Yes, Saturn is a good planet. It is only really hard when there is "too much of it" such as conj a Sun, moon or Venus and the person has really bad self doubts.
