If the House Rulers seems wrong, you have the wrong birth time. With this--ASC ruler in 4th--you are kind of a homebody person. There's so much to know! I mean do we use traditional planetary rulers or modern? What if a sign is intercepted - are its qualities within that house enhanced or are they hard to be understood within that house? IP: Logged

I use Modern Chart rulers but some people try out both in any given chart. Well, with the intercepted sign, I don't know what it means in terms of what you asked.
