People don't realize the gradual loss of freedom of speech. They are in a dream world with distractions. It is very sad to someone like me who read 1984 and books like that. FB exemplifies this, as there is not freedom of speech and people are too ignorant to realize it lol------------------

Because, the education system is so bad and very few people read. I read 1984 when I was really young and never forgot it's message--the same with Animal Farm. I had to explain to my son why the minimum wage would hurt the common man's ability to make his own business. My son was dumbfounded lol He doesn't read and very few people he knows read *sigh * lol

Fox news has it's issues in reporting certain stories. It is told not to go too far in certain things. They are the best on normal TV, but I don't really trust them, Randall.

You have worked sooo hard, Randall. To me, I would wait. Being a lawyer is a really big deal and few people can claim that. Later, all sorts of opportunities will open. That is my opinion, anyway.------------------

Lower tax brackets, double standard deduction, double child credit (from $1,000 to $2,000 per child) while raising the income limit where it can be claimed and allowing a $1,400 refund in cash per child for those not paying a tax, 20% deduction for all pass-through businesses (just about every business in America), and 21% corporate rate (reduced from 35%). Lots of other goodies in there, but the two main things are a repeal of the Obamacare mandate and drilling in Alaska. IP: Logged |

One of my pet peeves is how the "little guy" can't start a business due to governmental intrusions. I have a brilliant friend. I met him cuz he is a handyman and has a lawn cutting business, but if he were born before big government, he would be very rich. He has to work for others due to all the government does to stifle the average man. It gets me sooooooo mad ------------------
