i need someone to recheck my natal chart n tell me where it is wrong...

i have used Linda goodman's relationship signs to make the chart originally...but i do understand tht there can b some differences due to difference in geographical location and thus time..

later i used a website to get my natal chart,,and this website (i forgot the url but it ws made by some kelly fox!) gave me the chart with few differences

i m writing down everything below...plz help me correct the ambiguities!

Sun: Aries
Moon: Aries
Mercury : Aries (or pisces)?
Venus: Gemini
Mars: Libra (or Leo)?
Jupiter: Virgo
Saturn: Virgo
Uranus: Scorpio
Neptune: Sagitarius
Pluto: Libra
Rising sign : Capricorn

North node : Leo
Midheaven : Aries.

wht is north nose and midheaven?
n wht is their importance in the chart?
