Heres some info on Mercury Retrograde, Its comforting to know I'm not the only one

(Mohan Koparkar)

Internalizing and externalizing of information can be associated with some impedences in this case. As a result, the native will comprehend and express as usual, but he would have difficulty confirming what he learned. Instant recall can meet internal resistance and hesitancy. The process of the information flow through this native can be complex. He can be as smart as others, but he may not be able to show it all the time. Learning through normal logic, as well as reverse logic, is seen here. This can confuse the brain periodically. Deductive reasoning and utilizing methods of elimination can be prominent in this case. He fluctuates from extremes of intelligence to a noncomprehendable individual. A unique way of externalizing gives him an added advantage in mixing with other people. Normal senses work overtime, but not necessarily on a standard routing. He needs time to digest his information and learnings, and to categorize them. He will talk smart, when he does not know the subject. On the other hand, he can play dumb when he is sure of his knowledge and information. Learing through feedback from others is extremely natural for him. Thus, he would rather interchange his ideas, participating with co-operative learning-teaching, than be a straight-forward communicator. He respects others' intelligence, but he may not be sure of himself. Self-examination, re-confirmation, inner evaluation and periodic information retrieval are very important to him. He may suffer mental confuctions, excessive thinking, or his ideas becoming too big for him. Repeated clarifications are expected by him; and his curiosity may appear pesty or blunt to others. Excellent service orientation noticed here; and on-the-job performance is associated with constant learning. This learning to keep up with the state of the art is important no matter what the art can be. Unusual relationship with brothers and sisters seen. At one point, they are very close to the native; and then all of a sudden totally separate due to circumstances. Some mental distress, agony, or confusing issues occur from the mother's side of the family. A substantial difference is noticed between his early school performance and later education. Often the native may not use his learnings or formal education towards his true professional achievements. In social function, he can be an exciting individual to observe, as he can switch topics and sides of conversations right in the middle. Mental stimulations are important to him on the job; but at home he may want to detach from the strainy brain interactions. A childish or youngish expression and behavior is often seen here, as the native can maintain better youthfulness in life than others. However, outwardly getting grey hair early in life compensates towards his maturity. Diversification, learning the same thing again, or lack of co-ordination towards learning is noticed. This repeated process may not be due to thoroughness, but rather an absentminded tendency. Nervous system, reflexes, speech patterns, brain wave functions need attention periodically. Witty combat, devil's advocate tendencies, complex thinking in terms of strategies, and mild mental distortions can be possible. Good logic is seen here, but hte native may lack self-confidence or self-trust in his own ideas and their execution.

Lala, you know how to make a girl feel special

My astro is:

Dec 7, 1977
and according to my mom I was born at noon, so I always put 12:00 pm in Svishtov, Bulgaria.

Now, I feel my Rising could be either Pisces or Aqua.

That I will leave to someone with more knowledge on astrology to decide. Like you, Lala. Any ideas?

Lala, I get so confused looking up my chart. I use the astro.com default house system and the Local Mean Time. When I do that my stats are so much different than if I did the equal house system and the automatic time.

Any ideas on which house system and time I shoud use?

Here is a link to my Personal Portrait in astro.com with the time of birth 12:00 pm.

Pfuu, my mom never checked on my birthtime! I'm so angry!!!
Anyhow, I don't think I have a retro Merc

It's really frustrating because all of my houses can shift if I don't have the EXACT time of birth

Well, I guess I have to stick to Rising in Aqua at 26 degrees.
There is an aspect in my chart that I don't think I can read into:

Mercury opp. Jupiter at 2 degrees 38

Mercury is in Cappy in the 11th house
Jupiter is in Cancer in the 5th
