i think so since Mars is the planet of war, being named after the Roman God of War, and the 4th is House of Home and family life

Not ALWAYS. Mars can sometimes add positives to the houses it transits, and at times, it may pass through without many effects...

A lot depends on other transits, and perhaps YOU, as well
