I want to know how I can calculate my birth chart, synastry, composite charts with these asteroids. I've looked on astro.com but they don't include those asteroids. I've googled this to death and the only websites that come up only offer the chart in picture form which I can't decipher :/

If my partner's eros is in aquarius 24 degrees, and my ascendant is in aquarius 28 degrees, does that make them conjunct? (please say yes)

Hi Pennylane and Welcome to this Forum
You may get your thread moved to the Asteroid Forum. The 4 degrees would be counted by some astrologers and not counted by others.

It is very easy to put asteroids into a chart. You just plug the numbers in on Astro.com. IF you have a 4 degree in synastry, you WILL have a 2 degree in Compo so I think this would be a HUGE factor in your relationship.

Ami is right. Go to astro and click on extended chart selection. If u scroll all the way down u will c at the bottom where u can type in the numbers for asteriods. Eros is 433 and psyche is 16. Hope this helps when ur done just draw up ur chart and u will c those placements. It should already have it preset to draw a natal wheel chart.

And if u can't read the wheel, that's ok bc it will have them listed underneath the wheel what signs they r in and the degree. No worries.
