I remember getting a reading before and the astrologer said my solar arc happened at 2 years old. Which I obviously wouldn't be able to remember. What can a solar arc symbolize? IP: Logged |

Solar arcs are types of progressions (solar arc directions) in which the progressed Sun's movement is used as the basis to direct all other planets the same distance for any given date. Solar arcs just refers to a way of symbolically directing/progressing planets based on the Sun's movement. You can make a solar arc chart for any time. ------------------

Solar Arcs are used to predict events in life, like transits but are derived differently. For every year, each planet moves 1 degree. So if you're 24 now, your Solar Arc chart would move all your natal planets 24 degrees. Similar to progressions (which is based on days instead of degrees).For instance, if your Solar Arc Venus is conjuncting your natal Sun, you might get married. IP: Logged |

thank you guys 
what I meant from the reading (i went back and read it) bc i didn't really understand solar arcs at all when i posted this...was that my solar arc had pluto conjunct asc at 2.5 years and that something might have happened to me that changed my family or someone may have died. i was too young to remember. could not find a lot of information on the topic IP: Logged |
