I have Capricorn Ascendant at 13D...although i have the whole of Aquarius and about 10D of Pisces in 1st house.Would Aquarius and Pisces affect my Ascendant? Would it ad an Aquarius and Pisces flavor to my Ascendant or First impressions? Thanks VG87 IP: Logged |

I'm a little confused by this one, do you mean you actually have planets in your 1st house and/or conjunct your ASC? If yes, your appearance will definitely be affected by planets being in your 1st house even if they aren't closely conjunct your ASC. Your immediate self will be affected also, as you said. Also, what is really important now for you, is to see what aspects your chart ruler Saturn is making and what house it is in. The chart ruler and its condition is very important in explaining our appearance and how other people see us. A Venus conjunction to your chart ruler could, for example, make people see you as Libran/Venusian - fashionable, classy and attractive.  IP: Logged |

My first house starts at 13 degrees Capricorn and ends 12 degrees Pisces. Would the fact that i have the whole of Aquarius and a little bit of Pisces in the first house add something to my Ascendant. Or does it not matter if you have three signs in first house, its only the sign that the first house lands on matters.VG87 IP: Logged |

YES!Hi and welcome, VirgoGuy! What you have is an intercepted sign in your 1st and 7th house. Intercepted signs are a bit behind the scenes but they do have an influence on you. Despite the fact that you may look and act like a Capricorn rising (say, very responsible and modest and always following the rules), a dormant hidden part of you will want to act Aquarius-like and may even look like one (droopy eyes, anyone? big chin? those are just a few facial characteristics I picked up on along the years). That is quite original and rebellious and known to reject all rules. It is a bit of a paradox, if you will, and may confuse people and even yourself. Intercepted signs are not always so visible because the don't have any cusps to BE visible on, their influence is more subtle, behind the scenes.
Same thing goes for your 7th house. Despite wanting a very feminine, nurturing, understanding, soothing kind of woman at least on the outside, you will also crave a queen, an independent and untamable woman (or man, if that's the case).
As I said, it is a bit of a paradox and not easy to comprehend and feel. Let me know if you have any questions. I have the same configuration: Cap Asc 23 deg with 2H cusp starting at Pisces 12. ^_^ IP: Logged |

Hi, VirgoGuyI know someone who has Aqua Rising with mars conj. AC and stellium aquarius, but the 2nd house begin in Aries . So, he is truely mixed with Aqua and Pisces. He appear to me a very strong , independent , bold, rebelled Aqua that I've never seen, but his mind and heart is compassion like pisces  IP: Logged | |
