I am trying to guess my mom and my friends rising signs. Can you help me.

I have estimated guess but I am still unsure.

For my mom either: Virgo or Libra. Her Sun- Aries/ Moon-Libra (April 19th). I think Libra, she is emotionally very detached and aloof from family. If Venus is the rising planet does also make them very creative?

For my friend- his is either maybe a Fire or Air sign. (Nov 7). He can be very confusing, somewhat emotionally detached it seems. He's like a push and pull type person. He pulls you in and pushes you away at a distance. He's meticulous and retreats when you know his deepest emotions. For him I chose Libra maybe as I read that sometimes they can be very confusing. Does it primarily depend on the Decant of the rising signs position? Is it possible his rising sign is an earth sign: Virgo, Capricorn or Taurus, as he does rate people by look.
