WOW You take each Retro planet and think that you must go DEEP into the interior of the planet in order to use it. For Mercury, you must really, really understand something to use it. With Pluto, you must really go deep into your primal feelings to use them. With Saturn, this can make for insecurity and self doubt and "low self esteem". I have it and it is a climb to good self esteem. Jupiter Retro may make it feel as if everyone "gets the breaks" but you Uranus Retro may make it hard for you to find and express your unique self. How do these fit? ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

I want to say that they all pretty much fit but Saturn & Jupiter fit like a glove. I feel like those 2 are my 'really bad' planets & it scares me because it's true.IP: Logged |

Yes, I know what you mean. I like Mercury and Neptune Retro as that makes one a deep thinker and deep spiritually. I hate Chiron Retro, as one has deep, deep pain and has to go in before he can come out *sigh* I don't like Saturn Retro either as it gives low self esteem ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Extremely low self esteem, I'm my own worse critic. Not cool on my part either & I have to 'learn' to control it or change it, something. I constantly berate myself, silently & aloud! Something's gotta give.IP: Logged |

Yep, it is the Saturn. What aspects does the Saturn make? ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

In that case, I have 6 & from what I've been reading, doesn't sound so good. Funny, I always thought that I had 2 people talking to me within, but now I realize that good 'ol Mercury is to blame, partially. I fell like I have the devil/angel within, both fighting over who gets to pick my brain for the day. I decided to search for the meanings of the retrograde planets so I found the following. I'll only post the condensed version as the longer will take a lot of space. ____________________________________________ When your North and South Nodes are retrograde, you have a strong indication that these lessons have carried forward over several previous lifetimes. Below are some interpretations for retrograde planets found in the natal chart. With discernment, you may use these ideas as a basis for figuring out how the current retrogrades may "act" on the general public. Mercury Retrograde * reconsiders before speaking * lots of inner conversation and thoughts * expresses self better in writing * feels misunderstood Venus Retrograde * reconsiders before expressing love or affection * relates awkwardly to others * doubts the love others offer * can become obsessed in relationships * feels let down by the commitment level of others Mars Retrograde * reconsiders before expressing anger * finds competitive situations hard to handle * tends to repress and so .... * can become depressed Jupiter Retrograde * has doubts about what they deserve and so * finds it easy to settle for crumbs * feels superior in some way inside * abundance is felt on the inside * looks inside for answers to religious questions Saturn Retrograde * feels inside that they're never good enough * indulgent outward behavior may mask inner feelings of inadequacy * hides fears Uranus Retrograde * reconsiders outward expressions of rebelliousness * feels inside that they are different * outward conformist behavior masks inner feelings of non-conformity or ... * goes out of their way to upset others apple carts * has a difficult time finding their niche in society Neptune Retrograde * feels guilty inside * tends to blame themselves when things go wrong * super sensitive inside * puts on a tough skinned mask Pluto Retrograde * keeps their chin up during crisis because * they want to keep inner upheavals private * they get what they want by acting like they don't care The full descriptions can be found here: http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/retrogradeplanets.htm So, after looking over my retro's, do you think I'm crazy? OK... so Boyfriend has Venus-Mercury conjunct in Virgo, both retrograde. We both have Saturn retro too. I definitely see how Mercury Rx manifests for him. He has vision issues, also some dyslexia issues, yet he says that he's always annoyed by how slow and stupidly people in his class read their texts aloud. He likes to text long, detailed messages. He's a terrible writer though and doesn't prefer english class but does well in it anyway. His Venus in Virgo is tough enough but retro is adding insult to the injury. He's actually quite romantic but Moon square Venus makes him unable to express his true, deeper Scorpionic feelings. He also became very obsessed with a girl who cheated on him because of the way she broke his heart and still has a tendency to obsess about her now in a distant but still existent way, much to my chagrin. And as for our mutual Saturn retro - this one is certainly NO walk in the park. We both feel way more mature and responsible in the house areas where our Saturns are in - mine in the 3rd so writing/lower edu. and his in the 6th of day to day work and lower jobs. He obsesses about getting the job done right, I'm very deep and insecure about my schoolwork and writing. IP: Logged |
