I think most people are emotional -- they experience emotions -- but they may conceal their emotions, or express them in different ways. I'm pretty emotional internally but I suppress a lot of the feelings. That's the mask of our ascendant signs.

Unemotional people can be frustrating because they don't get the depth of feeling of others, and therefore they can be quite insensitive/unaware of their impact on people. And trying to make an impact on them by being all emo won't get you what you want. Better pull a rational, "logical" reason for whatever it is you wanna explain.
