I just cant see him being a scorpio riser
 before anyone says aquarius,sag,or scorpio NO . its not aqua uranus is aspecting his sun .
he is a aries with a taurus moon mars leo venus in pisces.

The thing is, when I see a person, it's hard to know what their asc is. It's easier if I can get a handle on their personality. Libra is laid back, often with a degree of artistic talent. Does he have any interest in art? Is he chill? IP: Logged |

yes i do think he looks scorpio influenced.
but it does also look possibly libra. it depends on if he looks libra in other pics.
the way he is dressed is VERY scorpio.
i find it hard to imagine a libra rising dressing like him

OH WOW!!! I have Libra rising and I LOVE the Wailers, know all their catalog and even went to Jamaica where Bob Marley was born in St Ann! I can't smoke weed though.
That is just something else. In fact, I love a lot of reggae but know the most about the Wailers. I wonder if it's a Libra ascendant thing? That is strange. My theory is because of the rock steady element in reggae appeals to someone ruled by the Scales.

NO guys i got the date wrong its apr 3rd 1995 thats the actual date . I dunno who said this but i think the whole reggae thing is very uranus nd bob marley is a aqua sun nd aqua would be your 5th house if your a libra rising . His sun is aspecting uranus which makes up for the fact that he has no aqua planets except the generational ones . My other theory is that drugs are a very neptunian thing right? So his need to get high and his intense spirituality might come from the fact that if he is indeed a scorpio riser his 5th house is pisces probably and his venus is in his 5th . Now his neptune might be in aquarius?

I have Uranus rising from twelfth in Libra so maybe you are right there. Uranus isn't the strongest planet in my chart but it does conjunct the ascendant but so does Jupe and Mercury. It's that 'One Love' vibe since Libra is the peace/love sign. John Lennon is Libra Sun and we all know how he felt about peace.
