What sign on the rising with a Sagittairus Moon and Aries Sun, would have a mother complex. Figuratvely, I am speaking of a male counter part here.IP: Logged |

I don't think it's an Asc issue here. Might be more an IC issue, but I don't think the sign on the cusp could give such information. Sounds more like afflictions to Moon or IC or malefics in the 4th. IP: Logged |

Great points, Hera, as always 
I would add Chiron in the 4th, Chiron square or oppose the Moon. I would look at asteroids conjunct the Moon, too.
