If any planets don't make ANY aspect at all to other planets in astrology does this mean the energy between the two doesn't interact at all? Like it is cut off in some way?

I have a lot of info on Unaspected Planets as it is one of my fave topics. The planet has to discover itself as a lone explorer, but the can rise to new and creative levels and heights unlike an aspected planet
