I am going with Scorpio or Capricorn,next in the line would be Taurus but I ususally can spot them very well and he does not exude that vibe

sorry this is the only pic i have of him. his moon conjuncts venus and mars conjunct saturn and pluto.

i am very confused too.i just can't tell what his rising sign is. but i don't know why , it seems like his mars is very strong.perhaps a scorpio rising? or an aries? a part of me thought leo. but i think i am wrong. he doesn't seem the fiery sort , perhaps scorpio.
