When you learnt more about your chart, what aspects and placements took you by surprise?

For example, in my chart:

I still refuse to believe that I have:

Pisces ascendant
Cancer moon
Jupiter in the First house (Rx)
Gemini IC
North node in the Tenth house

These placements are just not me!

i was pretty confused when i saw mars in pisces. yeah im gentle, but im not a pushover when it comes to things! then again i have sun sign of aries so that probably 'over rides' the pushover part. also, a feature of the mars in pisces man says he will be aloof to attracting females, and hes a pushover. i have to say......that aint true for me.

Great thread Luis!
I can't say any took me by surprise. They confirmed things I knew.

Me too. I often wondered why I could not resonate entirely with the textbook definition of the typical scorpio sun sign alone. After learning the different components of the natal chart, I was like 'oh, so that's what it is!' it was like a eureka moment.

Yeah....having a scorpio moon and venus was sort of a confirmation of what I knew about myself.

The same could be said about having a 12th house sun.

I guess they could have been surprises to me before I read what they really meant and just read the stereotypes.
