It would help if we had her birth time but I recommend plugging all of those aspects into http://www.cafeastrology.com/synastry.html and seeing what each one means. It looks like you have a lot of trines and sextiles so I'd take it that this is an easy relationship. With the conjunct suns and moons I'd guess you have a lot in common and could be good friends. It seems like a friend chart to me because there aren't venus/mars contacts so there wouldn't be that real attraction that would take things further (in my opinion and from my own experience).
