I'll answer that! When an aspect is out of sign, you will still feel the aspect, but it will have a level of awkwardness to it whether this occurs in a synastry or a natal chart. The "flowing" aspects flow "awkwardly" and the "hard" aspects are usually less obvious but still hard, like someone waiting in a dark room to jump you.

Now on to your original post. You sure like those contacts to your IC! Bet this one makes you laugh.

If you want to get a quick read on a synastry (or natal for that matter), try reducing the orb to 40-50%. You'll see fewer aspects and those that make the cut will be the most strongly felt. Unless a relationship lasts many years or you're sharing living space, you may not even notice the looser aspects.

There may be an easier way to read and understand complicated Synastry pie chart aspects. Pie chart aspects can also be produced onto a basic Synastry Aspect Chart. Review the sample chart at your leisure. It may help you gain even more insight than you currently have.

Yes, if the degrees are there. Orbs are key as orbs are the power and the energy of an aspect imo
