What would this mean in synastry?
I have someone's Nessus conjunct my Chiron, Moon, Lilith & my south node which are all in my 12th.

Nessus conj the SN would be enough that you and he would fall into an abusive relationship imo

I thought 'yikes' too!
The orb to south node might be too wide (8). The others are all tight (less than 2).
Does Nessus differ with a female? It's nothing relationship wise. IP: Logged |

8 is way too wide. That is big enough for 4 orbs 
Any Nessus relationship will be felt. The romantic one will be felt more but all will be felt imo
