I was just wondering if you guys could help me. My mom says my birth time is 11:56 PM on the eighth and my dad says my birth time is 12:20 AM on the eighth. That means I'm either an Aquarius or Pisces moon. I'm not sure which one is true because I feel like I can relate to both.
My sun is in Capricorn, my rising is in Libra and my mercury, Venus, and mars are in Sagittarius.

Wow dear! It is kind of odd that there's some misunderstanding on such a big gap between those birth times. Have you tried to read up on each Moon sign to ascertain what sounds most like you?

I'm not too savvy of course with visual interpretation. I would have to ask you, what is your instinctual "reaction" to different scenarios? What do those closest to you, get from you when you're engaged in each other's company?

Do you find yourself feeling detached from strong emotions, very cool headed about certain things? Open and forward with your interactions with others?

Do you find yourself being very reserved, and seemingly shy amongst others? Sensitivities in various ways?
