Does the house that your sun and your moon fall in give that house rulers influence? If so since my moon is in the first house which is ruled by aries than is there an influence from aries? How about a 9th house sun is there any sagittarius influence?

I've read this twenty times, and I'm still not clear on what you are asking.

They are Aries and Sagittarius' House, and they have a Martian and a Jovial-type of quality to them, they Rule the parts of the body peculiar to the Sign (Head, Hips and Thighs)

The Sun in the First House is strong, because the Sun is Exalted in Aries, but I'm not quite clear on what you are asking.
