I've read the solar new moon eclipse is at 0 degrees Scorpio. I have natal Pluto in 5th house at 0 degrees Scorpio, so the eclipse will sit on my natal Pluto. What does this mean for me? Will my health change? I'm currently trying to conceive a child and I know 5th house is for children. If I'm having a solar eclipse there, what does this indicate?

It could well be a conception for you.
It's a new moon, a start of something and I believe upcoming elipse is a harmonious one.
