Hey guys , so as you can see in my chart I have a few cusp aspects; mars in the 9th, on my MC, chiron in 1st, on 2nd cusp, jupiter conjunct ic, & sun 6* away from the 11th cusp(not sure it that still counts)

So my thing is if a planet/astroid is on a cusp do we interpret it as more so carrying the next house traits?
