I am unable to post a chart but, I do know that my neptune opose his sun. What would that mean, neptune is deceit and sun is ego. So I would decide his ego? I don't see that as I've always had some type of awe for him and now seriously love him, don't like his mood swings very much but we work it out. I've always tried to be clear about who he is so o don't get exaggerated sense of the fairytale thing even tho it definatly takes a hook on me every now and then. Anyway, can someone please explain in general what this implies?

Could you post the signs/degrees the Sun and Neptune are at?

This aspect will only be significant in your synastry, if it is either very close in orb, or:

- The opposition takes place on a significant axis, e.g the AC/DC axis, the MC/IC axis, the Vertex/Anti-vertex axis, NN/SN axis.

- Neptune is the ruler of one of your angles... and/or the Sun is the ruler of one of his angles. For instance if you had a Pisces Ascendant and he had a Leo Ascendant... this aspect would stand out (I would it give it a wider orb than usual, up to 6 degrees).

- You are both highly Neptunian people and you each have Neptune aspects in natal.

- There is a pattern where Neptune aspects come up in several charts: in synastry, in composite, in draconic, in the first meeting chart...

- His Sun is part of a conjunction, or stellium involving other planets that are closely opposite your Neptune, e.g. Sun at 3 deg Cancer conjunct Venus at 8 deg Cancer. Let's say you have Neptune at 8 deg Capricorn (exactly opposite his Venus) - I would still count this as a Sun/Neptune opposition... although technically, it's pretty wide.

- Alternatively, your Neptune is part of a conjunction or stellium that jointly aspects his Sun. So you might have something like Mars closely opposite his Sun... and Neptune conjunct your Mars natally by a 5/6 orb --- and this could still be influential!

- His Sun and your Neptune are connected in some other significant way... If his Sun was in the 12th house and your Neptune was in the 5th - this could be a connection... (this is called "mutual reception")
Or, another example would be, if the planets are also contra-parallel (by a closer orb) - this can emphasise the aspect.

That's all I can think of at the moment. But generally, if the aspect is not very close and you don't have a bunch of other factors coming together - then, it won't be very noticeable.
The problem with transpersonal planets is, if he has it in natal, he could have it with just about anyone in his generation.

I have neptune at 18.33 degrees Saggitarrious and his Sun is at 20.33 degrees Gemini. Does that help any, we broke up but I'm still confused how things derailed so fast.
