I don't understand the question, my Friend. If you mean, out of sign, then conjunct would be powerful, in any case.

Hi Ami and thanks for the reply , I have read a few articles that say an out of sign conjunction have no effect on the two planets involved unless the conjunction falls in the same planet because the planets themselves clash

For example a conjunction between two peoples moons in say Aries is better than a conjunction between moon in Aries ( 3 degrees ) and moon in Pisces at (29 degrees), it's still forms an aspect

From my understanding, it still works, however the mingle of energy will probably be harder due to the nature of the elements involved.
You will still experience some struggle in term of feelings, or rather understanding of each other's feelings, despite the conjunction.

So, yes it still works, yes there is still a form of emotional harmony or ease of expression between the two of you, because they are still conjunct.
HOWEVER, your moon is enthusiast, impatient and impulsive, which can overwhelm and even hurt your partner's, which is more sensitive and soft-hearted, without you intending to.
You, who are usually optimistic, can also get annoyed with your partner's tendency to get easily discouraged, or when she's starting to preoccupy herself with the possible bad outcomes of a situation.
