I have saturn conjunct northern node in Virgo in my 12 house. I'd like to know if anyone can tell me what it is I need to learn. I read alot but it is condradicting, northern node virgo needs to lead with the head vs the heart but 12 house node says to go with the heart?

I was born July 2 1979 in Greensboro NC at 12:35 pm.

Any insite would be greatly appreciated! !!
