check what aspects your Venus makes to his planets. As his Mars is in Aquarius, it might be making a sextile to your Aries Venus. That would be good.

I think because he's Pisces Sun and Virgo Moon, that Aquarius Mars alone won't make him very extroverted and outgoing. So he will like a timid, gentle girl (Pisces Venus) but his style of pursuing will be in Aquarius style - original, intellectual. Aquarius Mars men see themselves like that, they want to surprise you.

Also, do you know his time of birth? What is his Ascendant? Descendant sign can tell you more about what kind of girl he likes.
