I read that wherever 15 to 19 degrees in Aquarius is where you will notice the butterfly effect.

Has anyone else experienced this, mine is in my 5th house. I can definitely tell there is something going on. There is so much that I have learned lately that I know will shape how I look at love and relationships probably forever.
