Hi I am wondering how an exact degree is defined of a transiting planet making an aspect to a natal planet. An example: At the moment pluto is conjunct my sun with a degree of 0 33 degree. Is this still an exact degree? Is there a border?

An exact degree is when an there is an orb less then 1d. So if you have Sun in Libra @15d44 degrees and Mercury in Libra at 15d10 then that is an exact conjunction now if mercury in Libra is at 14d33 that orb is 1d and its not exact.

Now I had transit Pluto in Cap @17d25 sextile my Mercury in Virgo @17d25 that is exact ofcourse but technically if under 1 degree the orb its still considered exact.

That is my understanding of it, hope that helps.
