It's a very direct look with those beautiful clear eyes. Another thing? Widow's peak - in Sun and Asc Virgos. :-) Scorpio rising - prominent eyebrows above the sharp eyes. They don't have to be thick or anything, but you certainly notice them. Either sturdily built/stoutISH or reedy and thin. Either way, you feel the substance or like a storm's a-comin'. Adding to Virgo rising, Cappy rising also has a very direct look - you feel like nothing escapes them. But whereas with Virgo rising, it feels like you're being dissected, with Cappy rising, it's just someone looking at you in a way most don't. They make eye contact, and hold it. They are paying attention. Also deep-set eyes/cleft chin. Pisces rising - the eyes are always mentioned, but they are big, luminous, and dreamy. And kind. And twinkly - a lot like their mutable cousin Gemini. It's a bit hard to pin down the asc here because you get hits from all the signs previous. Nebulous is the word I'd use - it seems like they're in a mist or cloud to me, sometimes I think I see something like that. Indefinable. Gemini rising - Nice. Hands. I notice hands.
